Payment Information:

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account information, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Stripe collects and processes payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy. We receive only transaction confirmations and limited billing details (such as the last four digits of your card) necessary to provide purchase receipts and customer support.

Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data across our three domains (indieclub.com, killerpuzzles.com, voicecomics.com) using cross-domain tracking. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Preferences: We store your theme selection and other display preferences locally in your browser.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We may retain certain information after account deletion for legitimate business purposes, including fraud prevention, legal compliance, and enforcement of our Terms.

Unverified accounts with the "user" role are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us at info@indieclub.com. Please note that deletion of your account will result in permanent loss of all Gold Coins, purchases, and platform data associated with your account.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Hashed passwords (bcrypt) and hashed reset tokens (SHA-256)
• Two-factor authentication (optional)
• Rate limiting on sensitive endpoints
• Regular security monitoring and threat detection

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
